All Stay at Joeys orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
During launches, restocks, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
At this stage, Stay at Joeys only ships within Australia.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Stay at Joeys is no longer responsible for delays, lost parcels, stolen parcels, or shipping issues caused by the courier.
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
Stay at Joeys is not liable for:
- incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
- parcels left unattended after delivery
- shipping delays outside of our control
- lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered

Incorrect Address Information
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, Stay at Joeys is not responsible for orders delivered to the incorrect address.
